All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item you received is badly manufactured (defective) or you were sent the wrong size from what you originally ordered.

If you believe your item qualifies for a refund or replacement due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect size sent, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A description of the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations in color or appearance
